Every once in a while, when I am really starting to be concerned that I am raising my children in a party town, a den of iniquity completely lacking in any cultural integrity, an opportunity like this pops up. I'm hoping this is a good thing as several people have approached me in the grocery store (people I do not know) and said "Taste of Playa, si?" gesturing toward my ever present TOP baseball cap. The Riviera Maya is abuzz with activity and excitement this week as Cancun welcomes the delegates of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol.
