For the third year in a row, The KKiS Project is holding a fundraising auction to raise money to buy school supplies that will be distributed to low income families and children in the Riviera Maya. In the spring of 2014, the Riviera Maya's premier music and performing arts school, Explayarte Escuela de Musica, will present Tim Rice and Elton John's AIDA. There will be three presentations in the Foro Abierto at Xcaret in Playa del Carmen, March 19, 20 and 23 and, or the first time, two additional shows have been added to the run to be performed at the Teatro de Cancun on April 4 & 5. It seems more and more people are finding their way to our Riviera Maya Events Calendar since we first rolled it out on our website in October of 2011.
