There is a lot of really good food in Belize. It may seem hard to believe but sometimes we just have to get away from our hectic day to day in Playa del Carmen and escape to somewhere even more laid back. For some years now, that place has been San Pedro, a gritty little Caribbean town on Ambergris Caye just off the coast of Belize.
