March 13-16, 2014 - 4 Days to Taste Paradise in 2014
Plans for the Cancun - Riviera Maya Wine and
Food Festival 2014 are already under way, with the new slogan "4 Days to Taste
Paradise".
The much-anticipated festival is now preparing
for its 3rd year, featuring several days of exciting cuisine and wine events at
a variety of venues scattered throughout the bustling Cancun Hotel Zone and the
beautiful Riviera Maya. This edition will take place March 13 - 16, 2014 at
incredible locations like Secrets The Vine Cancun, Fiesta Americana Grand Coral
Beach, Nizuc Resort & Spa, and even Isla Mujeres, taking full advantage of
the region's unbelievable beach atmosphere. Dozens of top international chefs
will be present at a variety of interactive events throughout the festival,
including the 2014 guests of honor: Chef Daniel Boulud of France, and Chef
Guillermo Gonzalez of Mexico.

Wine and Food Festival 2014 include:
Gourmet Tasting
Village with dishes
from top Cancun and Riviera Maya restaurants along with wineries on-hand to
show off their best wines. This is the festival's most highly anticipated
event.
3 wine and spirit
tastings led by
several of the world's best sommeliers
4 interactive cooking
challenges with
expertise from celebrity chefs
A sunset catamaran
cruise and island dinner on Isla Mujeres. The dinner will be held at a private beach club and
prepared by some of Mexico's top chefs and sommeliers.
Star Chefs of the
Americas dinner with
20 star chefs from all over the world preparing signature dishes.
French Cuisine Around
the World event
celebrating invited chef Daniel Boulud, with a 5-course dinner prepared by 5
influential international chefs.
Vive La France closing celebration with French
hors d'oeuvres, wine and desserts.
