Kilo Verde is an exciting and innovative new recycling project that offers native plants in exchange for your recyclable materials.  This Saturday the 18 of August bring your cans, glass jars and bottles, paper, magazines, plastic (PET and PEAD) and your old batteries and electronic equipment to trade for beautiful plants that will easily adapt to your environment because they are native to this area.

Kilo Verde 

This fantastic new recycling project is gaining force!!  It is funded by the Mexico Environmental Protection Agency and is held in a different location every few weeks.  This week this eco-event will be held at the park located on the corner of 35th Avenue North and 22nd Street, on the corner across from Jardín de Niños Gonzalos Guerrero.
