Our Good Friday Special is Filet of the Catch of the Day (Hopefully Amberjack). I will bake it Creole Style in a red sauce with Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, and Onions & Garlic - served with Rice Pilaf and freshly mixed Garden Salad with the Salad Dressing of your Choice and Dinner Rolls. The meal is served Buffet Style. All you can eat for 100 pesos/person. Dinner is ready @ 7:00 pm.
