The theme for this week is FUN!!!! We have been studying the 8-fold path of yoga for the last months and have learned about living a life of honesty, non-violence, cleanliness, happiness, discipline, surrender, generosity and bliss. We are looking forward to 2 weeks of rest and relaxation for Semana Santa and want to close this series of our classes with a class solely dedicated to remembering that FUN is a very important part of life too!!! After this Friday, class will be on hiatus until Friday April 20th.
