Wednesday October 12, 2011, the renowned Mexican winemaker Bodegas de Santo Tomas will present a wine tasting conference and wine dinner at Hotel Las Palapas in Playa del Carmen. The evening will be moderated by Juan Pablo Nunez, the General Director for the Santo Tomas Winery. The seminar will begin at 6:00 pm followed by the wine pairing dinner at 8:00 pm.
