An accomplished visual artist, her work includes: Abstract Paintings, Figurative Paintings, Encaustics (wax and pigments) and three-dimensional pieces. She studied at Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas, UNAM, Mexico City, and has enjoyed exhibiting throughout Quintana Roo. Gabriela’s work is woven through the streets and sidewalks of Tulum. A
mural in progress can be seen at La Gran Mosca Verde, a local hideaway.
Surrealist in style, the mural welcomes you with a praying mantis, the
"Sisyphus" ghost of human knowledge and eye plants that guide the
composition and entice you to enter.
