March 23, 2012 - The Kid's Way Yoga Class (AHIMSA)
This week's theme is "Ahimsa" or non-harming in Sanskrit. We will talk about how to make non-violent choices towards ourselves and others with our thoughts, words and actions. Living a non-harming life brings about peace, harmony, love and happiness. We will have an art project where your child will create his version of what harmony looks like and close the class with an ancient chant that promotes peace. Namaste
