The Monte Xanic Vineyard is located in the Valle de Guadalupe in the Baja region, Mexico’s most prestigious wine region and home to 90% of the top wines produced in this country. Today, Monte Xanic is regarded as one of the finest boutique wineries in Mexico.
Guests will be tasting a Chardonnay, a Chenin-Colombard, a Cabernet Sauvignon-Petit Verdot and a Cabernet Sauvignon-Syrah, each paired with delicious appetizers from Chef Pablo Espinosa, Head Chef and Instructor for Puerto Morelos'
