Recycling in Mun. Solidaridad 

The next recycling day is Friday October 7, 2011. This month, recycling centers will be set up in an amazing 10 locations!  9 in Playa del Carmen and 1 at the skate park in Puerto Aventuras.

These 'centros de acopio" will be able to receive the following:

  • Paper and cardboard (clean)
  • PET Plastics
  • Glass bottles and jars (unbroken)
  • Aluminum and scrap metal
  • Electronics and small home appliances
  • Cartridges and toners

  • Expired medications


*Used cooking oil may be dropped off at the Plaza 28 Julio location until 1pm.*
*At this time, tetra pak containers and batteries are not accepted.*
